At HashTurn, we prioritize service excellence. To maintain the highest quality for all clients, we have established a strict Refund Policy. Please review these terms carefully before proceeding.
Refund requests must be formally submitted within 48 hours of the initial purchase. Requests made after this window will not be entertained under any circumstances.
Refunds are not issued for change of mind, subjective dissatisfaction, or lack of technical proficiency. All approved refunds are subject to a 20% administrative and processing fee, which will be deducted from the final amount.
For VPS services, refunds are only considered if the service is completely inaccessible due to a documented internal system failure that persists for more than 48 hours. Resources that have been activated or utilized beyond 5% of their capacity are ineligible for reimbursement.
Custom automation and API development are non-refundable. Once a milestone has been initiated, the labor costs associated with that phase are considered final and non-recoverable.
To submit a claim, email contact@hashturn.com with your Order ID and technical documentation of the issue. Claims without technical proof of service failure will be automatically rejected.
